  1. This is disk 217 of the freely distributable AMIGA software library.

  5. AntiCBS        An animation cooked up by Leo in protest of CBS's coverage
  6.         of the Hacker's Conference in Oct 88.  After reading the
  7.         transcript I was angered enough to feel this needed
  8.         widespread distribution, even though it is quite old.
  9.         Author:  Leo 'Bols Ewhac' Schwab

  11. Echo        A small replacement for the AmigaDOS echo that will do
  12.         some special functions, such as clear the screen, delete
  13.         to bottom of screen, scroll the screen, place the cursor
  14.         at a particular location, and set the text style and/or
  15.         color.  Includes source.

  18. InstallBeep    This program replaces the DisplayBeep function so that an
  19.         IFF 8SVX sound is played instead of the screen flashing.
  20.         The PlayBeep function runs as a task in the background and
  21.         runs asynchronously so the length of the sound does not
  22.         slow anything down.  Includes a couple of sample sound
  23.         files.  Version 1.1, binary only.

  26. SnipIt        An input handler wedge which allows you to clip text from
  27.         any window and then paste that text anywhere, as though
  28.         you had typed it on the keyboard.  You mark the text you
  29.         want to "snip" using the mouse, and then use the mouse to
  30.         "paste" the last snipped text into the active window, 
  31.         requester, or anywhere.  Version 1.2, includes source.

  34. SonixPeek    A utility to let you list all the instruments used by one
  35.         or more Aegis Sonix score files.  It can scan individual
  36.         files, or search one or more directories, checking all
  37.         score files in each directory.  The output is a list of
  38.         all the instruments you need to have present in order to
  39.         be able to play the indicated score files.  Includes source.

  42. Stevie        A public domain clone of the UNIX 'vi' editor.  Supports
  43.         window-sizing, arrow keys, and the help key.  Version
  44.         3.6, includes source. This is an update to version
  45.         3.35a on disk 197.
